The Seaview Residency is a Premium " Bed & Breakfast / Home Stay" establishment registered with the Department of Tourism, Andaman & Nicobar Administration as a part of the " Incredible India initiative of the Government of India, Ministry of Tourism, to encourage tourists to stay in local homes with a view to promoting rural and cultural tourism in the country.
